Fireworks Crazy Deliveries.

We offer a full delivery service to most of the UK. Full details of our delivery prices and policies are below.

Delivery of your fireworks usually takes 2 - 5 days so please order in plenty of time. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched, delivery will usually take place 2 - 3 days after. If you have any special delivery requirements i.e next day delivery, then please call us on 0845 226 0797 or email us at If your event is in the next few weeks or months and would like us to deliver the fireworks for you nearer to your display, then put the date of your display in the customer comments box on the checkout pages.

During the busy season for fireworks, (september to december) we may have to deliver fireworks up to 21 days before your display this is due to the large volumes handled by ourselves and our courier.

* please add £5.00 for residential deliveries.

Deliveries will be made during normal working hours, Monday - Friday.

For every order that is placed we subsidise the packing and delivery costs. You may think that these charges are high so we would like to explain the actual costs of delivering fireworks to you. We have broken the costs down in the list below.

Courier charge for 1st 10 Kilos = £19.14 - This is the maximum initial charge to you and we haven't even got to the packaging yet!
Each addtional kilo = £0.30
Delivery to private / residential address = £5.00 - We ask you to be honest when placing your order. There is no surcharge for delivery to business addresses.
Special UN Firework Cartons = £3.00 each - This is an approximate cost as box sizes vary, and remember you may have more than one box!
Packaging materials and special labels = £1.00 this covers the costs of the special labels we have to use and all the other packing materials.
Staff time packing = Far too much! - I think they should do it for free, but they don't agree.

So as an example. If you were to order say £100 worth of various fireworks for delivery to a business address, this would weigh approximately 20 - 25 kilos and probably be packed in 2 boxes. The costs would actually be about £32 but we only charge you £15.00 for delivery to a business address and £20.00 to a Residential.. I'm sure you will understand after reading this list that we are very fair in our delivery charges. For this reason we have to impose a £60 minimum order value (before postage) on fireworks.

ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE SIGNED FOR

It is important you use an address where someone will be able to sign for your order, failure to do so will incur additional charges. Where possible use a business address for your delivery. Our courier charges us an additional £7.00 to deliver to private / residential addresses, However we only charge you £5. You will be asked if your address is a residential / business address on check out and billed accordingly. Legally, fireworks have to be signed for by someone over 18 and identification may be required.

Failed Delivery Attempts.

If the delivery fails due to no one being present at the premises or not old enough, our courier will charge us an additional £11 to re-attempt the delivery, if this happens we will automatically debit your card. Unfortunately, fireworks cannot be left without a signature..

Our courier charges an additional fee to deliver to the following locations.

DEVON - £7
CORNWALL - £7
DYFED - £7
POWYS - £7
ISLE OF WHITE - £12.50
GRAMPIAN - £12.50
HIGHLANDS - £17.50

We cannot deliver to Ireland / Northern Ireland or anywhere else outside the UK.

Next Day / Same Day Deliveries.

If you require items next day or same day, please contact us on 01245 354422 to discuss your requirements.

We would like to point out that although delivery prices may seem high, we actually subsidise the delivery costs.

Product Availability.

We try to keep the stock availability on the web site up to date, but sometimes a product may be out of stock,if this happens and no similar alternative is available we will contact you. We do reserve the right to substitute products in selection / display packs for alternatives of the same or higher value.

Returns.

Hopefully you will never need to return a product, but if you do, here are the details.

If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can arrange for the items to be replaced and collected. If you decide that you no longer want the items, you must contact us within seven days of delivery. We will then arrange for our specialist courier to collect the items from you. (It is illegal to send the items through the postal service or an unlicensed courier) The items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods and will be minus any delivery and collection fees.

When the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply. we will accept cancellation of your order as long as it is made in writing within seven days of delivery. We will then contact you to arrange for collection of the items by our specialist courier. Items must be unopened. Opening the package/s indicates your acceptance of the goods. A fee will be charged equal to the cost of collection and return to ourselves.
